Tracy Newell is owner and president of MeetingWise,an independent meeting planning and consulting company. She is a seventeen-year veteran of the hospitality and meeting planning industries. Ms. Newell is a Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP) having met the professional requirements of the Convention Industry Council. Her background includes four years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and 12 years with the American Youth Soccer Organization. She has managed and produced a variety of meetings (regional, national and international), training sessions, trade shows and events in most of the 50 states, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. Her events range in size from 20 to over 2200. The qualifications and skills Tracy brings to leading our team include a strong operations background, extensive project management experience, exceptional negotiation skills and established relationships with vendors and industry suppliers. Tracy is a past member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is currently a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. Her current client list includes North American Soccer Camps, The LMS Corporation, AIT, Champion Chevrolet and several professional societies/non-profit groups.She is committed to building strong, mutually beneficial win-win partnerships and exemplifies excellence, quality and integrity in her work. Ms. Newell works directly with all of her clients and forms experienced resource teams, as needed, for larger projects. Our Mission We establish trust and confidence first.
